Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit. Because each piece is produced on demand, all sales are final.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Contact us and we will review your claim. Claims received after 15 days cannot be honored.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available

We cover the cost of replacement for eligible claims. Items returned or discarded without prior approval will not qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style

  • Products that were delivered correctly and without damage

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Personalized or custom orders

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, Contact us.
