All products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, or location. We currently ship within the United States only / offer international shipping to select regions - please contact us for rates.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost. Expedited processing is not always guaranteed and depends on inventory, production capacity, and carrier availability.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, Contact us within 15 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue. Claims submitted after 15 days may not be eligible for replacement.
